SECURITY INTERVIEW
Conducted along the guidelines of a pre-employment polygraph interview, is conducted by a licensed private investigator. The same questions are asked and the same skill that has always elicited admission is utilized.

WRITTEN HONESTY TEST
Created by security and business psychology experts, the London House survey is a simple pen and paper test designed to determine such high risk factors as dishonesty, drug abuse, and violence.

EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION & INVESTIGATION
A recent survey indicated that more than half of applicants' resumes are falsified in some manner. We will call the applicants four most recent employers and talk to previous supervisors, as well as personnel departments, regarding the length of employment, job title, and work ethic.

REFERENCE CHECK
We will contact references, noting length of time known, moral character, and living habits.

CRIMINAL RECORD
Falsification of arrest history is the fourth most common lie on a job application according to a survey conducted by Ward Howell International. We can supply you with information regarding convictions of criminal offenses brought against individuals in a county by county basis.

DRUG TEST
We will conduct a urinalysis in a controlled, secure environment. Within 24 hours we will report any trace of the ten major drug categories found in the applicant's system. The lab is also certified to conduct DOT drug tests.

EDUCATION VERIFICATION
Does the job require a certain amount of education? Are you sure your applicant is really qualified? We will verify the dates he/she attended school and the degree.
