TRAINING
Quality training is the key to professional service. Each officer completes the security training course certified by the Texas Private Security Board, including field note taking, report writing, emergency response, Texas laws, powers and authority, and firearms training if applicable. On the job training is site
specific and tailored to each duty post. Post Orders are created to serve as a reference and training guide.

SUPERVISION
Supervisors are training and making inspections around the clock to ensure excellent performance and professional standards of appearance.

COMMUNICATION
Our clients have access to top supervisors through our 24 hour dispatch system. Supervisors are available to immediately respond to any serious incident that might occur on your property and serve as a backup to assist local authorities, your personnel, or our Security officers.

LICENSES
Employees are licensed under Texas license number C-111, licensed and regulated by the Texas Department of Public Safety, Private Security Board. We are in compliance with all federal and state requirements regarding workers compensation, unemployment, and liability insurance.

BENEFITS
The hourly rate plus sales tax represents the total cost to the customer for the security service, including payroll costs and taxes, unemployment and Social Security, workers comp and liability insurance, illness and vacation expenses, training, uniforms, direct supervision, equipment and other fringe benefits.
